Vertical rectangular mother of pearl belt buckle with applied shell cameo of classical male in profile set in ormolu mount with leaves and loops; fastener is hinged at bottom and clasps at top, vertical hinged chape and tongue at center. Rectangular brown case with gilt border and design on cover.
