Brown leather box with brass clasp, contains four circular mother of pearl shirt studs with metal bar fastener, four circular white plastic buttons with textured surfaces and metal loop on reverse for attachment, one round metal button stud with post and circular guard on reverse, and various metal removable fasteners for studs.
