Two pairs of jet and gold cuff buttons in original green leather case, one pair consists of rectangular jet bars joined with two textured gold straps, gold post with circular guard on reverse, second pair consists of rectangular bars joined with one textured gold strap, gold post with circular guard in reverse. All in green leather case with silk and velvet lining.
