Each earring in this pair is composed of two vertically oriented, concentric, tortoise shell rings. The outer ring is edged with tortoise shell beads. The rings are connected by a tortoise shell oval link that allows the two rings to move freely and from which is suspended a sphere-shaped drop that swings free in the center of the rings. The oval link is connected at the center top to an s-shaped gold ear wire.
