"Mementos: Jewelry of Life and Love from Historic New England": Thomas Robison gave this diamond ring to Elizabeth Cartwright when they married. Their daughter Hannah, her daughter Elizabeth, and then her nephew Edward, each inherited and inscribed birth or death dates on this family jewel.
