Wall fragment (in three pieces) with board, plaster, and wallpaper removed from the second Harrison Gray Otis House, Boston. Pieces B and C are horsehair plaster with paint (pale yellow on C, white on B) and wallpaper adhering. Wallpaper is a stylized floral medallion printed in gray and yellow on a light blue ground. Piece A is wallboard from which plaster samples were taken; board still shows layers of lath, yellow plaster, striped plaster, and an earlier striped wallpaper in green, dark red, brown, and light blue on a tan ground.
