Part of a child's shoe forms, made of carved piune and painted red and black. It is a red painted shoe with black sales and painted on teh lacings. A small seam on top suggests this piece was originally moveable for sizing purposes. 4 small and 1 large holes are for attaching to a shoe making device in each.
