Description

Souvenir of 1893 Columbian Exhibition. One pack of cards depictin costumes of the world. "These cards are lithographed reproductions of photographs taken on the spot in various countries and provinces and colored there..." Box is a mottled off white/ green with text in red/maroon. Text as stated below is on front side and bottom. Back panel has arabesque motif. One the back of cards is a description of country and costume. Front of card shows native in full-costume using a Singer machine.
