An arched swing hand on a pierced cylindrical top and an oblong uncolored glass globe with a cylindrical base with pierced band and flaring foot; electrified and altered to a ceiling fixture; the resevoir for fuel is partially intact; the pierced decoration is in a diamond pattern.
