Description

A deep ovid crown, with a stamped gilt metal eagle's head crest on an oblong scroll embossed brim held with heavy metal wire. A shaped crest is on the front with an applied white leather "1" with a crossed lader and pole under an the word "Frank[l]in", all painted in black and red.
