Settee. Grain-painted unidentified wood, cane. Shaped serpentine crest rail pierced with hold over shaped cane splat and two squared back posts and styles. Meets with curved and shaped arms that join at the caned seat with a serpentine seat rail with conforming pierced pendants. Turned front stretcher with double rounded side stretchers. Rests on four turned front legs and four gentle saber back legs. Printed and grained to imitate rosewood and decorated with gilt pinstriping and flourishes and polychrome roses at crest rail.
