Of a long narrow form with a black center, enclosed by a polychrome border patterned with repeated medallions and end panels with paisley trefoil devices in shades of red, green, brown, blue and a band patterned with a meandering vine, with woven fringe gates. The stole is pieced together- probably cut from another shawl and appliqued to the center back panel.
