Skirt- Brown silk faille; black silk waistband; hook and eye closure center back; slight train; 3 bands of velvet above hem; appliqued scalloped ruffle above hem; Brown silk lining; band of black horsehair (?) above hem; interior ties of silk and elastic ; pocket in lining under placket.
