Of rectangular form, a red field with diamond shaped small medallions with striped flower-like extensions to each side. There are also "arrow" devices in blues, yellow, red and off white. These enclose a large dark blue hexagonal medallion, with arrow shaped ends filled with twisted arrow or bird devices and linked centered medallions within a stepped striped border in reds, blues, yellow and beige. All of this is within a four band border of meandering stylized vines, cone devices and a diagonal stripe outer border in shades of blue, beige, red, yellow and eggplant.
