Description

Jacket has dark brown wool serge; band collar with white silk; fur trim at collar and cuffs; eight imitation wood buttons from collar to waist, with black tape loops (buttons missing at collar). Attached belt with two button close, snap under belt; skirt pleated in back with two rows of five buttons at waist; brown satin lining, matching skirt has hook and eye at left waist with snap closure placket; top-stitched center seam in front; half belt in back with button in center; waistband faced with silk and linen band; boning at seams in waistband; eyes at center backing of waist (for attaching to bodice); small chamois pocket inside waistband next to placket
