Description

It has a bale handle with a spiral decoration on a round, and a stepped cap pierced with a circle motif. It has an open wire at the mid-section and the cylindrical base is pierced with a floral motif. It has a flared foot ring and it has been electrified, though it still has a glass fluid lamp in the base.
