Brown silk taffeta with woven satin medallion and stripe pattern; white net collar and insert at bodice, trimmed with lace ruffle; snap closure to waist; long sleeves with net lace cuffs; 5 pairs of ornamental covered buttons on bodice; hook and eye fastening at waist concealed under cummerbund; 2-tiered skirt; bodice lined with white silk with hook and eye closure; heavy cotton inner waistband; upper half of longer skirt tier is green glazed linen.
