Description

A=Dress; B=Bodice. Teal/Green silk taffeta. Dress (A) w/ high neckline; long train; 8 cream covered buttons embroidered w/ stars; long sleeves, waist & skirt trimmed w/ applied bands of teal fabric w/ white satin piping. Rosettes made of same & w/ one cream covered (star) button applied at shoulder & around skirt; bodice lined w/ white silk. No boning; tassels attached to button of each rosette; deep hem lined w/ crinoline; hem is bound & piped w/ white satin & teal silk bands. Sleeves lined w/ white silk; cuffs have ruching. Bodice (B) green taffeta; squared, broad neckline trimmed w/ cream lace; capped & ruched sleeves also trimmed w/ lace. 5 green taffeta covered buttons embroidered w/ star & 6 buttonhole (one button missing); boned at front & sides; lined w/ cream cotton. Peplum; princess seam; piping at armscye; drawstring neckline.
