A) Celluloid pipe bowl in the shape of a man's head with a beard, and wearing a hat (pirate?). There is a hole at the top of his head for tobacco. The projection at the back has a hole to attach the stem. B) The hinged leather case conforms to the shape of the pipe bowl and has a curved area for the stem. It is lined with blue and grey fabric.
