A=Bodice; B=Skirt. A=Bodice - black velvet; scoop neckline; insert of black chiffon over taffeta, center front over hook and eye closure; appliqued beadwork around yoke ending in tassels. Short sleeves of ruched tulle oversilk; slightly pointed waist edged with pleated velvet; lined with black silk twill; boned darts and seams. Black grosgrain inner waistband; drawstring at neck. B=Skirt - Two vertical bands of beadwork in front to knee; chenille fringe looped between beadwork and forming border above hem; slight train. Vertical tucks at waist on sides; hook and eye clsoure in back above two deep pleats; fully lined in black taffeta.
