A=Dress - light blue & white collar with "v" neckline; shirring at center front for fullness through bust; ruffled cap sleeves with ruffle extending to back waistline. Pleats stitched in place at center back with fullness below; hand rolled hem; snap closure along left side to waist, along waist & down left back. B=Coat - matching coat has long sleeves w/ blue & white cuffs matching collar of dress; sleeves gathered at shouldr w/ black shoulder lining for support; narrow string tie attached to waist of black chiffon.
