Black satin, rayon; shouder strap consisting of 2 bands of black velveteen; "v" decolletage w/ "u" shaped back. Pleats at bust; straight waist; very full skirt gored at sides; hem trimmed w/ 4 velvet ribbon bands in pink, purple, red & black; hook & eye clsoure on left side.
