Two-piece dress, bodice (a) and skirt (b). Blue silk velvet with inserted panel of pale green lampas with stripes of cream and green leaves brocaded with floral trail of pink roses with green stems. Bodice (a) squared neckline with lace ruffle at decolletage; elbow length sleeves gathered at shoulder with pleated cuffs trimmed with pleated pale blue chiffon. Bodice has front panel of pale green lampas; waist is pointed in front only; boned; fully lined with cream taffeta. Hook and eye closure at center front with velvet overlapping closure with hook and eye at waist front. Skirt (b) matching skirt; pale green lampas panel at center front; smooth all around waist with pleat at center back for fullness; slight train; pocket in lining at right side. Fully lined with same cream taffeta w/ dust ruffle; narrow waistband; hook & eye at center back.
