Black chiffon ground with alternating panels of multicolor printed floral and black cut velvet floral; V-neck with inset of white lace overlaid with sheer black silk. Panel of dark green velvet from right shoulder to waist (missing at left); pleated black chiffon waistband; short sleeves with cuff of lace and silk trimmed with small velvet buttons. Green velvet underskirt in front; green velvet panel in back with hook & eye closure; black silk lining; wide black grosgrain inner waistband with hook & eye closure.
