A=Dress; B=Belt. Dress (A) black & blue plaid twill; V-neckline w/ small circular collar; 2 small tabs at collar w/ rhinestone button; 3/4 length sleeves w/ turned back cuff & dart at elbow. Fitted bodice darts at waist front & back; slender skirt w/ 2 side pockets & closed pleat at center back hem. Belt (B) thin; of same material as dress; front center closure of snap at waist & 9 large covered buttons of same material, 3 above waist.
