Description

Purple broadcloth; not put together; body has round neck; open front; darts in front; princess seams in back. Trimmed around neck & either side of front w/ band of black velvet embroidered in white & tan; more embroidery on body around velvet band; lined w/ black silk. 4 sections of broadcloth trimmed & embroidered as body. 2 sections shaped like lapels; larger of which has row of metal buttons on one side; shank buttons. Other 2 sections are heavily embroidered. 3 sections of broadcloth cut for short sleeves. 2 sections of broadcloth fragments.
