White cotton. Narrow band collar with buttonhole at center back and both sides of front. Small loop at center back and left front. Five small white buttons down center front, six buttonholes. Five flat pleats to waist on either side of front. Two long sleeves with French cuffs. Tucks at elbows. Small white button in sleeve placket.
