Description

Starched printed cotton; cream background with brown stripes edged along apron sides, bottom and top and sides of bib. Waistband of applied printed aubergine cotton of geometric red, blue, and white flowers; bib very narrow at waist; apron skirt gathered at front waist. Two vertical seams to hem at right and left front; right front hip inside pocket of white starched cotton edged along front opening with same border fabric. Fake pocket opening of same fabric at left hip; additional fabric added to bottom sides with a button and button closure at top edge. Buttoning at back allowing apron to wrap around at bottom; button and buttonhole closure at back waist; floor length; bib made of two pieces with center seam; wide circumference to go around bustled skirt.
