Black taffeta; pleated at waist; two front puffed pockets gathered at top edge with applied blue-green silk bow. Piping at waistband and pockets; ruffle edged in blue along edge; black taffeta ruching edged in blue bordering ruffle along sides and bottom. Applied bow with long, wide extensions, edged in blue at back waistband; two hook and eye closure at back waist.
