Wide band of black floral lace trimmed w/ bobbles around neckline & extending into tassels. Pleated waistband; short satin lace-edged sleeves w/ long full chiffon undersleeve. Pleated & tucked back; knot at center back waistband w/ 2 streamers; black silk lining w/ hook & eye closure. Cotton dress shields; boned dart & seams; satin inner waistband w/ hook & eye closure.
