Royal blue velvet; Bodice (A) - squared neckline trimmed with ivory chiffon and tulle; drawstring neckline; full puffed 3/4 velvet sleeves shirred along seams, stiffened with cambric, tripple ruffle of pleated tulle; bodice shirred at sides, with draped neckline; hook and eye closure on left side with velvet rosette; lined with cream taffeta; boned; Skirt (B) - matching skirt; pleated from sides to back, with smooth front panel; slight train; fully lined with cream taffeta; hook and eye at center back; taffeta dust ruffle.
