Navy blue wool broadcloth; waistband pointed front and back; very full skirt; shaped at right side to drape over crossed right leg and saddle; reinforced with glazed cotton; one elastic strap at lower back (inside); left side closure with buttons and hook and eye with ties at waist; pocket at left side.
