Black wool twill skirt with wool shoulder straps and self belt; bodice of olive corded silk with embroidered collar and front; long sleeves with black wool twill bands at cuffs; embroidered with lavender and blue french knots with black braid in vermiculate pattern; skirt has side "panels" for tunic effect; bodice lined with black taffeta; hook and eye and snap closure.
