Feathered pelerine (cape with attached lappets); two layers of linen canvas with handsewn feathers; layers are stitched together with a catch stitch; eiderdown(possibly) lining; brown feathers with single yellow & green highlights (feathers); band at neck imitates dress collar of the period; brown triangles on lappets; green bands of feathers at back outline back collar effect.
