Description

Top of petticoat and bottom layer of ruffle are fine plainweave cotton. Applied ruffles of fine plainweave linen in two layers. Connection between ruffle and skirt covered by row of eyelet lace threaded with pale yellow-green silk satin ribbon. Hem of ruffles scalloped and embellished with whitework embroidery. Closure at center back, single button.
