When the Annals of the assocication were printed in 1892 (621 p.) a portion only of the copies were bound. Early in 1900 the bound edition was nearly exhausted, and it was voted to continue the history of the association to the close of 1900, and to bind the same with the remaining unbound copies of the Annals. The additional material was issued therefore, as "Appendix. 1892-1900. Boston, Lincoln & Perry, Printers, 1903." p. [623]-1044. cf. p. 625.
