Jacket is red wool with white stripes, trimmed with gold braid on collar, shoulders, cuffs and back. The jacket is lightly padded with a tan cotton lining. It closes up the center front with gilt round buttons. Two rows of decorative buttons flank the center opening. Part of a suit.
