"From the top of fence post" Traces of white paint? Very weathered. Shape: a bulbous urn with an acorn on top. All set on a reel. A screw hook on one side where a large piece of the wood has fallen out. Was held on by a dowel through the center of the base. Later, a nail was put through the side of the base to help it stay on.
