Description

Earthenware plate with mulberry-colored transfer-print pattern "Canova." Landscape scene with urn-on-plinth and trees in the foreground. In the mid-ground is a waterway with figures on a boat and buildings on a far bank. Border pattern has vignettes of urn and boat alternating with floral sprays.
