Old brown frame structure with small sheds next to it. Stone walls and fencing in front of structure. Pond on one side, barely seen. Predominantly browns and greens. Good details. Note on back: "On Boston and Providence Turnpike near West Dedham Station on Boston, Hartford & Erie RR"; "May 1873 - from sketch in 1854"; "This was bound in a scrap book purchased in Melrose, Mass."
