Bowl with handle, carved out of a coconut. Probably from the Pacific Islands. The bowl is thin-walled and light, and has wavy lines along the edge of the bowl and both sides of the handle. The outer surface of the bowl and handle is highly polished and shiny. The inner surface is unfinished. Likely made for the tourist trade.
