Description

Sofa, curved back form. A single row of tacking runs along the crest, as well as where the cloth meets the wood. The front is tacked with two rows of brass tacking. On the shaft sits the reversed image of the reeded leg which supports the squared and fluted open arm of the sofa. Rests on four square legs in back and four reeded vase shaped legs in front, the outer two supporting a square shaft with burly maple inlay at the seatline.
