Description

"ROBINSON CRUSOE, at his SUMMER RETREAT./ In this Place, I had my Grapes growing, which I principally depended on for my Winter Store of Raisins, and which I never fail'd to preserve" inscribed underneath print. Scene of Crusoe carrying grapes; goat, dog and parrot around him; house, trees, and mountain in background. Engraving later hand-colored in shades of green, yellow, blue; gilt wood frame.
