Armorial porcelain saucer with painted polychrome design with a central design within a circle of a classical female figure leaning against two overlapping coat-of-arms, one is an orange oval with a white V and stars, the other is a blue, gold, and red shield with three birds. Central design is framed with a gold bellflower chain and alternating anchors and rosettes. The rim features four panels with personifications of Asia, Africa, Europe and America alternating with oval panels with urns over a purple diaper pattern ground.
