Four low posts enclose cane panels on sides; ball finials surmount posts. Reeded section w/ urn turning descends to block which joins side rails on bottom of caned section; central turned supports run rail to rail on caned sides; interior of caned sections have half-round molding which encompasses all four sides; posts descend to feet w/ four ring turnings; casters below; one side drops for access.
