Description

A) Neo-classical figure of nude Venus, contraposto pose; Pedestal, covered w/ drapery, surmounted by an urn which figure supports w/ proper right hand, is situated flush against her right leg. She raises a thick plait of hair in left hand. Plain square plinth of incised brick pattern w/ zig-zag hatchings. B) Green marble pedestal. Carved stepped base; plain dado; inverted stepped cornice.
