Dark blue-green semi-circular cape with deep fringe of same color. Attached "scarf" of same material can be tied or wrapped to close garment. Scarf also has deep fringe. Exterior of cape and both sides of scarf are made of low-pile, possibly synthetic, velvet. Fringe may also be synthetic fiber. Lining is a dark blue-green silk.
