Description

Porcelain sugar bowl and creamer decorated with Worcester coat of arms. Decoration has a shield in quarters. Top left is white with a black border on right and bottom and black stripe in middle. Two black pears above stripe and one black pear below. Top right and lower left quarters are red. Bottom right quarter is black. Center of shield is a castle. Shield is inside a wreath with two branches. Right branch has long pointed leaves. Lef branch has rounded leaves and red berries. A ribbon with the motto in Latin ties the branches of the wreath "Civitas in bello in pace fidelis" (City faithful in war and peace). Below is the word Worcester. Both pieces are textured to look like barrels.
