Square stepped base of brass surmounted by columnar form with molded capitol having beading and embossed foliate design. Shaft of column in bronze with ormolu torch motif. Brass capitol has reel shape supporting bronze putto which holds ormolu tulip stalk. Tulip flower forms candle socket.
