This is an unattributed design sketch for a doorway for an unidentified building. Double six-panel doors are flanked by columns, crowned with a fanlight, and set in an arch surmounted by a keystone. A separate drawing of another fanlight is in the top left corner.

This drawing was found inside a copy of "The Builder's Companion" by William Pain (ca. 1757-1762, missing title page prohibits exact dating) at the time of its acquisition.
